It’s good to be good at most aspects of your business, however you must be prepared to delegate. When delegating a job or process you need to give others space to learn and excell, sometimes with resources’s other than you.

This is one of the hardest things an entrepreneur will do, because you know how fast you can get things done, and you also have a standard that you want to see brought forward in the work.

Try these recommendations:

  1. Give a time frame that is reasonable, allowing your employees to beat the time allotted.
  2. Let them recommend the standard of quality based on what they have already seen.
  3. Leave them alone while they are working, (if they have a question they will find you, or check with the googles).

Believing in your teams abilities will strengthen their resolve and willingness to go the extra mile for the company and each other.
